There was another review about this particular store, where they follow you around, act super awkward, and borderline hostile- and I agree. Of course, my experience had to do with my drink leaking, and one of the associates coming to scold me for it while I was getting serviced through an in-store special brand demo. I felt SO embarrassed for not just the drink spill. But also the way the associate who was assisting me with my purchases, seemed to be very short, and judgmental of me. I need the dear Sephora worker named Jose to stand up and receive the biggest round of applause. Jose is the most amazing Sephora worker I have ever come across, he is attentive, extremely sweet, and super honest. He will tell you the truth about any product and will listen carefully to your hair needs and choose the absolute best products for your hair. Every single product I came in to by he redirected me to an even better product. Thanks to him I am living for my current hair it’s never been better thanks to him.
