I recently purchased a Dior perfume from here and had a great experience. The lady who helped me didn’t mention her name but was very knowledgeable and guided me through the options without pressuring me to buy anything. I really appreciate her approach and will definitely come again!

I came into the Richmond Centre Sephora to return an item I had purchased in-store yesterday, well within the return policy. The employee who started helping me told me she’d be back — but she never returned. After waiting quite a while, I asked another employee nearby, only to be told that the original person had actually left for the day without saying anything or handing off the situation to someone else. I usually don’t leave reviews, but what happened to me at this Sephora location was honestly unacceptable behaviour. I went in to return a product I had purchased in-store at another Sephora. The product was completely unused and well within the return time frame, but the cashier seemed to be having a hard time processing the return –maybe it was a technical issue, I’m not sure. I went to get foundation samples, but the bottles were basically just air—99% gone. What a letdown!
