Useless procedures, cannot pickup order at cash register, and the online order pickup sign is not visible upon entry, and the sales rep was being “smart” when she pointed to the sign hidden behind the entrance. Staff all not helpful. Wasted so much time lining up twice at cash register.

All employee at management level have a horrible customer service I am not sure how they got promoted. They not helpful, ignoring customer, luck of knowledge and professionalism,specially Drew she is the worse .We had a horrible experience with her.She made all the employees of Sephora looks bad cashier had to apologize for her behaviour that bad she was. She want to create her own policy ignoring the company policy just because she has title Manager and does not care for long term customers or even the image of the company.... read more

A store with unhygienic products and unfriendly staff. I used a lip tester on the back of my hand and very soon developed an itchy, fluid-filled blister. I used the store’s makeup remover three times but the irritation didn’t improve. Then I noticed a sink with soap and tried to rinse; a staff member stopped me, saying customers aren’t allowed to use the sink. This store has low self esteem. It's always messy, tester products are a mess and often missing, stock is low, selection is limited for a lot of brands, and yet it won't stop staff from asking you if you need help every two minutes. It's also quite crowded. I hate going in.
