Worst Sephora trip I’ve ever had. I went in to buy Hailey Bieber’s new products and asked a worker for help—she rudely said “over there” and walked away. Later when I asked again about the lip peptides, she snapped “WHAT” and acted like I was bothering her. None of the employees were paying attention to customers, just laughing with each other. Truly disappointing service and a very unpleasant experience.

No greeting, no follow up, but other customers were treated like royalty. Wonder why that is. And when I talked to an employee all I got was a pitiful, "I'm sorry." No, I'm sorry. Pitiful service indeed. If I'm going to spend $60+ at least ACT like you're interested in my business.

Honestly the store is nice but the workers were really judgmental,I have never had a bad experience in this store but today was different,I walk into the store with my friend just browsing,Mind you we are just looking around and getting some things I see this Caucasian lady opening a product to see it inside and a worker walked passed by her and no comment,And I thought it was ok to check the product since it seemed like it was a bit opened so a worker walks to me and says not to open the product not to mention they had been... read more

It has been years since I bought foundation, so I came to Sephora today to get color matched. Marly helped me out and was absolutely fantastic!! She made an overwhelming process so painless and easy and I love how the colors she found look on my skin!
