I usually don’t post Google reviews but I want to call this instance out. This was my first time in a few years in a Sephora. I just wanted a perfume for my spring wedding. An older blonde medium length hair lady helped me. I was totally talked down to. I’m not sure if it’s because both my fiancé & I were wearing darker color clothes or because I am a young adult. Absolutely horrible experience. Customer service was non existent. While in line a worker was asking people if they were paying with card and to step aside because she would take care of them. My girlfriend and I and another customer got out of line to only have the employee struggle getting the remote equipment to work. After 15 minutes or so it would’ve been faster to stay in line because the people in front and behind us in line have already come and gone. I LOVE Sephora but this store is not such a good one! Some of the workers are not nice at all and seem like they are not interested in helping! Also, the testers are dirty or missed...
