I had an amazing experience at Sephora today, thanks to Ayush. As a welcoming and knowledgeable sales associate, Ayush made sure I didn't waste any time and found what I needed. Excellent customer service.
They don't provide a birthday reward unless you make a purchase, which is not aligned with their policy.
Sephora has got to be the most anxiety inducing and obnoxious store ever. Pushy sales people to top it all off wanting you to sign up for their stupid membership. I came in for one small purchase, and will never return.
I had a very upsetting experience at this Sephora location. The manager on duty told me I could only enter with my working service dog if I picked him up and carried him. I explained that he was a service dog, not a pet, but she still insisted on this condition. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. Being told I could only enter under these conditions made me feel unwelcome as a customer with a disability. Unfriendly, & unwelcoming workers. The poor attitude of cashiers made me leave the store. No customer service whatsoever. Keep in mind the store was not busy. Zero lineup
