This is honestly the most loved store by me! The staff are incredibly kind and helpful—they always go out of their way to assist you and make sure you find what you need. I always leave with a smile. Love this place so much!

I’ve had a pretty disappointing experience at Sephora. The staff often come across as uninterested and unhelpful. They walk around as if they’re assisting customers, but more often than not, they’re chatting with each other. When someone does help, it feels rushed, like they can’t wait to get back to their conversation. What’s more frustrating is the advice they give. I’m gonna start this review with an a warning: Don’t divide your purchases I’m writing this review now as a former sephora Beauty advisor.
