I’m a Rouge member at Sephora and went into the store today to ask for a gift bag for an item I had ordered online as a present for a friend. Since they couldn’t find the item in my purchase history, they refused to give me a bag. I even mentioned I was willing to make a purchase in store just to receive one, but I was completely ignored. I went to Sephora at Fairview Mall today to buy a lipstick and asked a staff member for help because I couldn’t find it. Instead of assisting me, she continued chatting with her colleague and told me to wait disrespectfully. I waited for about 3–4 minutes, but no one came to help, so I found the product myself. If you enjoy standing around waiting for help that never arrives, this Sephora is perfect for you. I visited yesterday, asked for assistance twice, and was promised someone would come each time. After spending over half an hour waiting in total, not a single staff member followed through. I left without buying anything because no one seemed to care. Definitely not the store to visit if you expect even the most basic customer service.
