I wish i can give 0 star just because the people who are working there, they make me so uncomfortable while chosing the product and didnt help me at all .. the name of the girl might be kiran and other old indian lady was working as well … showing tooo much attitude instead of helping the people… they were making fun of me .. really so frustatimg and having bad experience while chosing the product …

Ms. Etta was my assistant. She was incredibly professional. I know nothing about cosmetics, but she patiently explained everything to me. I bought a lot of products, and they're all very helpful. This foundation has improved my rough skin. She's truly exceptional. I told her I'll definitely have her help next time I visit. Thank you, Ms. Etta.

I visited the Sephora at Cross Iron today, not planning on a Beauty session but booked a last minute service appointment with Noor - and I am so glad I did! I showed Noor some inspo and described what I wanted to learn in terms of skincare and make up, and she was able to find exactly the products that helped me get the look I was looking for.
