The store manager, Mary went above and beyond to help me with an exchange today at Market Mall. The product I needed was on sale and no longer in stock, but she patiently walked me through alternatives and even took the time to call the corporate line to secure the item I wanted. She stayed kind and attentive even when the store was busy, which I really appreciated since I had my baby with me and was feeling anxious about him fussing. Thank you for the wonderful service, Mary and showing such genuine care for customers!
I visited Sephora on November 5th in the evening and had a wonderful experience. A girl helped me with my membership and discounts — she was so kind, honest, and genuinely helpful. I bought the Caudalie serum and a Kayali travel spray that day. I’ve visited this location many times, but her customer service really stood out. I would love to know her name so that I can come back and shop when she’s working. Thank you for having such amazing staff!
I should not have to wait in line for 10 minutes when there are over 10 staff standing around your store doing nothing.
