Absolutely disgusted!
Don’t recommend coming here employees are rude stare at you follow you around. Sephora was once my favorite but once employees got replaced with new ones I decided to switch to Ulta where they are welcoming
GO VISIT NATALIE! I went in after going to ulta and she was incredibly helpful! Ulta had no one who specializes in darker complexions, Natalie was so on it, gave me multiple options of what foundations to choose and her ability to shade match is insane! She was so nice as well, amazing at customer service, after my encounter at Ulta where they did not listen to my concerns, she definitely made my entire month with her hospitality
Absolutely disgusted! Sunday I was in line while Victoria a MANAGER. Came to the register, degraded and belittled the employee who was the only one checking people out. This manager could have stepped in to help but she just got on this employees case. I was absolutely disgusted on how that situation was handled this store needs to do better, and have a serious talk with that manager about how to treat your employees with respect and give her a lesson on how to work, because I got no real help from her the entire time I was ... read more
