Poor service. I asked for a specific dior mascara and the staff first said "we dont have it". Later she said, oh wait we have 1 last one. I trusted the staff had gotten me the correct one and did not check bag item by item, as I had purchased several items. I went on vacation for several weeks and came back when I noticed the staff handed me the wrong mascara. I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this Sephora location. From the moment I walked in, I wasn't even acknowledged—no greeting, nothing. The situation at the registers was even worse. I stood in line behind another customer who eventually gave up and walked out because no one showed up to help. When I finally made it to the front, an associate told me, "I’ll be right there with you," and then proceeded to ignore me for several more minutes. Didn’t enjoy shopping here this afternoon. One member of staff gave me a dirty look when I requested location of a particular product. Ended up finding everything I needed by myself. Made to feel like an inconvenience for entering the store.
