The beauty advisors and estheticians are always really helpful! It’s the manager. She has a short pixie cut and boots. I needed help finding a couple things, which seemed to be an inconvenience when asking her. They also no longer ring you up at the cash register, which confused me at first, so when I asked this manager where I should stand in line, she gave me a really passive aggressive answer as if I should have known. The store could be cleaner. A lot cleaner. The sales staff is ignorant and mean. When I asked for clear mascara, the clerk acted like I suggested human sacrifice. She assured me 'no one' makes clear mascara and tried to sell me white primer. See attached picture of clear mascara manufactured by Sephora.

I’ve never felt so uncomfortable shopping. The employees kept following me around the store, constantly asking if I needed help and watching me like I was doing something wrong. It felt like they assumed I was stealing, which is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. One employee in particular, she had dyed blonde hair with pink strands — was especially rude at the register. Her attitude made the whole experience worse.
