Suzi is absolutely incredible at her job!!! She’s the most helpful, sweetest, funniest, and most charming employee there I’ve met. Probably ever at any beauty store!! She really takes the time to get know her guests and always answers all questions with the best of her knowledge. She’s a queen and this location is very very lucky to have her! Actually incompetent employees. “We only accept barcodes from emails,” as I was showing her the barcode … from my email. Refused to remove the bag surcharge when I refused a bag. Girl, learn to do your job.

Sussi was great! Super helpful and attentive not only to us but all customers in store. Honestly one of the best experiences I've had at this store all year ☺️👍sussi if u see it keep it up u made my mom's day 😌💕 Employees acknowledged all customers and asked for assistance and we're helpful and quick at checkout 👍 Store cleanliness 9/10 Environment 9/10 Customer service 10/10

Poor service. I asked for a specific dior mascara and the staff first said "we dont have it". Later she said, oh wait we have 1 last one. I trusted the staff had gotten me the correct one and did not check bag item by item, as I had purchased several items. I went on vacation for several weeks and came back when I noticed the staff handed me the wrong mascara.
