Sephora in Riverbank has plenty of employees to help you and very friendly…the only down side is their inventory was not good….the Summer Friday products are always limited…

I like that it’s a Sephora store because it has a wider selection. Usually I go to Sephora’s inside Kohl’s. But, I don’t like going to this store because the workers act like you’re stealing and practically follow you around and just stare. It’s weird, it makes the shopping experience uncomfortable and makes visiting not worth it to me. The whole point of going to the store is to see the products in person and swatch them and enjoy being there which is harder to do in a store where workers make you uncomfortable. I dont like reviews or doing them i think most people lie to get their way with businesses. BUT, I feel a duty here. I went to pick up my shampoo order,and it is gross in there. VERY VERY DIRTY! I DONT THINK THEY CLEAN IN THERE AT ALL. ALL THE DISPLAYS AND SAMPLE ITEMS ARE CAKED WITH DUST. I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING IN THERE FOR HEALTH REASONS . I will be ordering directly from brand websites from now on. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Bait and switch. I went to the store because of the promotional 20% off. A rep was helping me get my fragrances and I asked to confirm that I would get 20% off my whole purchase. She confirmed. Then at the register, I asked again just to make sure and the girl there said yes. Then when I got the total, it seemed higher than I expected, but the line was so long and I didn’t want to hold everyone up so I second guessed myself and signed for the purchase.
