I loveddd my experience with Brian (I think that was his name!). I don't use concealers very often and had no idea what I was doing. Not only did he shade match me perfectly on the second try (his first try was honestly really good too, perfect shade, just a little too cool toned for me so we went a little warmer on his second try) but he worked within my price range really well. I had such a great experience during my recent visit to Sephora! I want to shout out two standout team members who made my trip even better. First, Vanh at checkout was incredible. She was warm, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She explained the survey opportunity on my receipt (which enters you into a gift card raffle!) and made the checkout process smooth and personable. The lady who helped me was super rude and unhelpful . Wouldn’t shop here again Also don’t apply for a Sephora credit card. There is no customer service for this card ( only automated service since no real customer support agents talk to me )

This used to be one of my favorite Sephora locations. The staff was knowledgeable, welcoming, and really made the experience feel elevated. It felt like they genuinely cared about the products, the customers, and each other — the teamwork showed, and I always left feeling taken care of.
