I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I came in to exchange a product that was the wrong color and asked to speak with a manager regarding the exchange policy. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee at the front counter spoke about me to the manager while I was standing there, saying, “She wants to speak to a manager because she won’t listen to me and just wants to hear it from a manager.” I found this behavior disrespectful and unprofessional. I went to the Legacy West location, and while everyone else that entered was being asked how they could be helped today, I was not. I was in a wheelchair & my husband was pushing me, so I don't know if that threw them off? Had to track someone down for help, despite there being like 10 gals working that day. When I made my purchase, I was asked if I need a bag? Hello, what female does not want a shopping bag! So into my purse the purchase went. NIGHTMARE - absolutely the WORST Sephora staff, management and customer service of any location. As a Rouge member, I have lost any interest in shopping at Sephora altogether because of the horrible experience at the legacy west location. 2nd rate staff, poorly trained with a horrible attitude - that includes the store manager and “leaders”.

I wanted to take a moment to share a truly memorable experience I had today at the Sephora at Legacy West Village. I stopped by in search of shampoos and spent about 20–25 minutes in-store. While I ultimately didn’t make a purchase—simply due to a limited selection—what stood out far more than the products was the exceptional service I received from one of your associates, Linda.
