This is my favorite Sephora in the area. It’s usually pretty busy, but I always have a worker greet me and ask if I need help. The line to the checkout moves fast, even when there’s a rush. They are good about keeping their shelves stocked and never mind checking the back stock for me. I find that when I make returns at Sephora, the workers often give me attitude. That’s never the case here, I’m always treated with kindness.
Came here for a DD order and Adya helped me find everything quickly and had me out the store within 5 minutes. Amazing service.
Didn’t hear a worker say, “excuse me,” so she pushed past us and went, “ con permiso,” in a loud American accent. Even though we look Mexican, we can speak English.
Went to the store looking for a gift, was greeted by a friendly staff but when we were checking out a worker by the name of Ayda was very rude in the whole process. She looked rushed even tho there was no one in line, was just sighing and scanning fast and wanting to get it over with. I genuinely hope she is not like that with every shopper because honestly it was so rude.
Very friendly good customer service I think it’s the best Sephora around Dallas
