Clean store, we'll stocked, friendly staff, Amanda helped me find exactly everything I needed and even made recommendations.
I was greeted immediately by Rico (I believe that was his name). He was very helpful and made sure I found exactly what I needed. The store was very clean and organized. I hope I can return soon.
Had my appointment at 9 am for a makeup and they sent me cancellation at 10:30 am after I have been there and they just closed the door. They should be more professional and responsible as people have planned their day.
I went in to get my birthday gift and the man behind the counter was so rude, wouldn't tell me anything about the gifts. I pick one because he says its mauve. Oh course I ask to exchange it and the woman tells me no. I have switched from ulta but I WILL RETURN TO SEPHORA AGAIN. shame on you. I am reporting both of you to corporate. Talk about RUDE
