I simply wanted to return an item that I just received. I was told it could only be returned if they give me a gift card specifically for Sephora - false information. This came from the woman with purple and pink washed out hair and glasses. Unfriendly and not at all helpful. Glad I contacted customer service!

Horrible customer service. Was trying to buy a JoMalone duo set that was advertised for 50% off, when the BA pulled me from the line to check me out she told me my total. She said my total was $48.70, I looked a bit puzzled, and asked her if the promotional price was correct. She asked her manager first by asking if all the Boings on fragrance were correct and updated. Then she said, “well I guess it’s all sold out”.
