I went there to get a lash fill and was informed that they were completely booked, but I didn’t even see anyone being serviced at that time so not sure what that was about. Other than that. The workers were friendly and everyone did come and ask me if I needed help I just didn’t understand why I couldn’t get my lashes done real quick that would’ve been like 10 to 15 minutes when I didn’t see anyone being serviced at that time.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Sephora. I felt discriminated against while shopping — I was followed around the store and never once asked if I needed help, even though I saw other customers being offered assistance. When it came time to check out, I was singled out and told to leave the line to pay at another register “to bring down the line,” but I was the ONLY one asked to do so. Horrible Customer service especially with the so called manager.... I was charged for services I didn't get, tried to request a refund but all they did is transfer me back and forth with no solution, I finally gave up. The ladies working there are awesome but the manager lacks customer service will pull this store down.
