I just wanted to say thank you for the literal handful of sample/trial size treats the sales rep put in my bag quietly, I had no idea! That was a very cool surprise when I got home and saw them in my bag 🫶 I was there 10/9 around 12-1 pm
10/25 They advertise hassle free returns. The person behind the counter gave me such an attitude and certainly did not make the return hassle free.
One of the better ones I've been to.
Staff was EXTREMELY rude, the two big women one with dyed hair felt the need to very audibly comment on Sephora being a store only for girls among other things as I was shopping for my girlfriend. They then hid behind shelves on their phones completely ignoring us and losing any chance of a sale. Rethink your staff.
