Not sure I've ever seen a store FULL of associates and not 1 of them willing to assist customers like Sephora of Lansing. They did like to socialize with each other however.

People taking about being asked for assistance too often must be a teenage afab client because as a middle aged dude I NEVER get asked if I need help, it's like we're radioactive or something. Went in yesterday to color match a concealer but couldn't find it.
