I have been enjoying Sephora at Moore Plaza for a few years now. I don’t care for the Kohls Sephora. However the customer service has changed at this store. Just when you get to telling someone what u like they get on their earbuds an call someone else to help , then that one is gone. Their excuse is they hafta go to the register, always something. They better get it together, or they’re gonna become like the Kohls store. I’m not happy about service there rite now. I left an went to Ulta.

Girl with the black hair and blonde highlights with glasses was very rude. Another very nice lady was helping me and told me to wait in the front for her and this other lady that i went around was rude and told me to watch it. then while i was waiting for the other lady she came up to me and told me to go to the back and didn’t let me speak to tell her i was being helped already. i’ve never had a bad experience until now.
