I literally just ran in before they closed and Danny told me they wouldn’t serve me. I already knew what I needed and was going to go straight to the register. I’ve been shopping with Sephora for years and it just shows that they don’t care about keeping customers. If you’re not going to service incoming customers lock the door. I don’t know why this place is marked as Sephora on the maps, and it even has photos with a Sephora sign, but it’s not. Inside there’s just a small stand with cosmetics and other skincare products, but nothing you would normally find in a real Sephora. I went inside, and they also told me that it’s not Sephora. It’s a cosmetics stand inside JCPenney. Very strange. Don’t waste your time going there.

Awful experience. Honestly I’ve had several rude experiences at this Sephora but today was over the top. I go to check out and Robin was the rudest person I’ve ever met. She snapped at me after I just wanted to give the lady who was so sweet, kind, and caring credit for helping me out. She told me in the rudest tone “It’s not a contest we just want to see if anyone helped” ok got it not a big deal.
