Destiny was very much rude & lazy ! I asked her if she may check in the back for an item & she’s like “ I know we don’t have it in the back” & then I said okay what about this different shade and she just looked at me like I was dumb or something so I just put my items back and left and to think I believe she’s a manager at that like you would want people to come back to your store smh
I have in multiple occasions separate by months, mentioned how I wanted to smell the Versace mens fragrances, but they have gone rancid. Each time I have returned, the bottles have only built up more dust and grime, and still smell rancid, indicating to me that when I voice a concern to the staff it goes unnoticed. The mens section is a tragedy.
Today I visit Sephora ( Stockton) .I would like to thanks Jazleen , Nadia who work in Sephora and they both ,where so helpful ,they helped me to find right product they where soft talk with me and my daughter .🥰
