I went to this Lincoln center location to return an item purchased online within the 30-day window. The sales rep told me that she could not return nor exchange the item as the 30-days begins from the day of the online purchase, and does NOT include the day Sephora actually shipped the order, or when the delivery is actually made—tasks that fall outside of the consumer’s control. We had the most amazing experience at Sephora for my daughter Maddie’s 10th birthday! She got a full birthday glam session with Nicole, and it was everything we hoped for and more. Nicole was phenomenal—kind, gentle, and incredibly skilled. She made Maddie feel confident, explained every step of the process, and created the perfect age-appropriate glam look.
