I wanted to do no STARS. This review is not towards SEPHORA BRAND itself but the employees who work AT the STOCKON PACIFIC LOCATION BY TRADER JOES. I am a ROUGE MEMBER with 8600 points. They do help, but honestly, the staff isn’t very friendly. It felt like she was doing me a favor. She helped me and then just walked away without even asking if I needed anything else. I’m pretty sure she was the supervisor. After that, I honestly don’t even feel like shopping there anymore.

I used to come to this Sephora quite often. The interactions with the staff were consistently either positive or negative. As a younger customer, I often felt like they were keeping an eye on me, which I found discriminatory. However, when I made purchases, they treated me exceptionally well, which I’m not sure how to feel about.
