I guess when your a middle aged lady, they dont care to help you. Alot of the eye pencils I picked up to sample needed to be sharpened, I was looking for a cream....the sample bottles sat empty. Asked about some CC Cream, the lady just told me names. Didnt offer to walk me to them or to find my color. My teenage daughter said " mom they only help people they feel are pretty"
First time shopping at this store and it was such a lovely experience. There was only one person working, and she was incredibly sweet and helpful. She even helped me get a discount by suggesting I add a few more dollars to my order, which I really appreciated. She also asked if I wanted to receive my birthday gift since I hadn’t gotten one last month such a thoughtful service. Thank you for making my first visit so pleasant!
Came in to pick up online order.. 1st assoc told me to go up front (not being more specific); 2nd assoc I asked, she told me to wait in line.. really!?? Finally, I saw the online pick up kiosk (which they should really make it visible to online pick-up orders).. The person there was helpful..
