Bad customer services. I went here today to buy things for my girlfriend. I don't know which one fit for dry faces so I asked for help. Asked them twice, all told me to wait for a bit then they will be back. Stood there for 15m, check back to them, they were helping another customer already so they told me to hold back, another 15m passed by, still didn't get any help from anyone. Wasted 45 minutes in there to leave with nothing. Also the lady with red hair responded with attitude.

I went to the store and the manager im pretty sure her name has evy because I saw her name tag she was on her phone and had a very bad attitude she was not helpful at all and made me not want to come back, she should not be a manager if she is gonna be so rude and non-profesional.

Variety of collection to beautify the women 24x7x..... Display is attractive, Location is very suitable to walk in It's costlier in some products Staff is not so attentive, helpful what customers expect.

Ummm I mean if you have to buy something here I guess. Went a couple of times and the employees don’t seem to show any care or knowledge for customers, ALL the testers are completely trashed or missing. It just makes the shopping experience gross of how bad the testers are. Lastly, Nothing is stocked up so why even go. I’d rather go to Kohl’s Sephora to shop for what I need.
