Don’t know what’s wrong with the store assistant. When I try on the hourglass lipstick on my hand she keeps asking even if I said I don’t need help. And she keeps staring at me seems like I would steal the sample???? OMG so annoying.
I had the worst experience with Sara Suboh, unhelpful and very rude! She snapped at me like I was bothering her. I had to ask one of the ladies there for her full name so I can report to the management and they can look into this. Customer Service isn't for everyone and a skill not everyone can learn and Sara clearly hasn't.
A male employee, or lgbtq, either way he spoke to me condescending. I am flabbergasted.
Shoutout to Camila and Victoria for being super nice.
Customer service is the terrible. First rep even assured that this could be handled. Then another person completely said the opposite. They couldn’t accommodate a return for a sephora insider member. Better accommodations should be in place to help customers. Especially when policies change!!! Also, don’t buy the make up forever brand. It’s terrible
