Avoid this store as possible, a staff there messed up lipstick with lip gloss when offered to help me find a lipstick. During the return, she opened the lip gloss in front me, and the lip gloss starts dripping, then she wipe out the leaking portion with her finger then put it back to the box. I have no idea why would she do that since I did not open that lip gloss, and she didn’t even check with me. Unfortunately, my experience at this Sephora location has been extremely disappointing. This was not a one time incident I have visited the store several times and have repeatedly experienced disrespectful and unprofessional treatment from the staff. To make matters worse, one of the sales associates even lied directly to me, claiming she was the store manager when she wasn't. I went into Sephora looking for a specific shade and asked an associate for help. She told me she couldn’t assist because she was on her break and to ask someone else, but no one else was available. I ended up buying a different shade instead. This is the first Sephora I’ve ever been to where I wasn’t helped. I understand employees need breaks, but the customer service was poor.
Had a wonderful shopping experience at Sephora! The location is great, and the store has an excellent selection of products. Emily and Ashley J were incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right products for my needs. They were knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.
