I was looking at the makeup brush right next to the counter and opened an unsealed box to look at the brush making sure it had the correct brush in it, the he/she behind the counter said don’t open products. The brush was inside unopened plastic inside the box that was not sealed. I explained I was not opening the package as it was sealed. Very disappointing experience overall. From management down to the sales associates, the attitudes were unhelpful and dismissive. What makes this especially frustrating is that I’m a Sephora credit card holder. Instead of being made to feel valued, this experience made me want to cancel my card and take my business to ULTA instead. If loyal customers aren’t worth the effort, that says a lot about how this store is being run. Poor management, disengaged staff, and zero willingness to help. I went to Sephora at 11:00am 7/29/25 and I was so disappointed in the way my mom and I were simply trying to ask a staff a question and the way she was absolutely disrespectful was uncanny. I do not disrespect tolerate specially, when it was never given, I simply put her in her place…. I would never recommend this Sephora to my worst enemy. Not only am I never going to this location I will be telling my friends and family how horribly disrespectful and racist your staff were.
