I am never going into this store again. What are they doing? Vaporizing perfume? I was in there 2 hrs ago and my hair and clothing still stink. My throat and eyes were burning while in the store. It’s disgusting! Should be declared an environmental hazard.

I ve had a horrible experience today at this branch! I picked up a cream for myself, after went to check some perfumes - was looking for a set of tiny testers, while talking on the phone with my friend. There was a security lady, who first seemed to be polite answering my questions. My experience at this Sephora was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Asya and Dina helped me to find my perfect shade, and also recommended me some good skin care products. The cashier Hedy was nice too. Overall, I enjoyed my visit.

Went in there to buy a $50 lip stick and a $200 retinol serum. Tried on a lipstick colour in a mirror and a very rude employee (wish I would have got her name but I was so mortified) told me I was not allowed to use the makeup mirror where they do peoples makeup. Understandable if it was being used but there was barley anyone in the store and no one in that area. And I walked out, and they lost my business forever.
