If your store is intentionally sending security to follow Black shoppers around the store, this is racial profiling. It is discriminatory, harmful, and unacceptable. Shoppers should not be treated as suspects because of the colour of their skin. Please stop this practice immediately.
My partner approached two staff members who were chatting and laughing with each other, she asked them a question and they stopped their convo, looked at my partner and then just continued chatting. Idk if this is a "Gen Z stare" situation but she felt humiliated and ended up just leaving the store.

Worst delivery services. I never had a good delivery experience with sephora. The first time I ordered the delivery dropped off my package in a different apartment building. Second time I opted for same day delivery and paid extra for it so that I can get my package early because I was traveling outside the country they postponed my delivery to a week.
