Just had a horrible experience with the staff at this store. I bought foundation there, and when I got back to my hotel (we're from out of town) and opened it, it had leaked all over in side the box. This was a big inconvenience because now I had to find time to return to exchange it. But, I understand that this wasn't anyone's fault as the box was sealed, and you can not see any leaks. was there last weekend with my mom and little sister and the customer service there was absolutely disgusting. the employees were extremely rude when my mom had asked a question about her birthday gift and basically sneered at her and this is after spending over $50. Then they asked where to put garbage after using a sample they got a vague answer of “there’s baskets everywhere” and when they accidentally put it in the wrong basket they got yelled at instead of calmly corrected like any normal person would do. absolutely dis... read more

REALLY expensive with not beey helpful service. I needed someone to help me with foundation since i know nothing, they had trouble finding me anything small and didnt know what would work on latex, so i ended up with like a $60 bottle that I'll almost never use. Just bought it to get out of there at that point, was very frustrating
