The layout of this store could really use improvement. I visited to look at mascara and had a frustrating experience. The mascara section is placed right in a high-traffic area at the main entrance and exit. This makes it nearly impossible to browse without being asked to move every 15 seconds by other customers coming and going. If you don't already know exactly what you're looking for, it's not a comfortable space to explore options. I'm surprised this hasn't been addressed—it significantly affects the shopping experience.

Channel was absolutely fabulous! She was super warm and friendly right off the bat and made the whole experience enjoyable. She helped find the correct colour for me with ease. She is a rockstar!
