I went in today and was walking around for about 20 or so minutes trying to find the one thing I came in for. Was never asked if I needed help, I eventually found someone, a girl with a bun and glasses and she gave me attitude for asking where Rare Beauty was located. Not great customer service. (did not find the one item I came in for)

I had a very disappointing experience at this Sephora store. I’m not someone who enjoys shopping in-store, and this experience reminded me why. I had one of my children with me and genuinely needed help finding products throughout the store. When I asked for assistance, the employee who appeared to be the manager was the least helpful person I encountered. My daughter and were followed around by the male security guard. He was so creepy we left the store. Won't be shopping there again.

I was assisted by Zen. She was very helpful, courteous and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be returning to this location.
