I went with my friend today and Cole was such a huge help. He came up to us as soon as we came in and just let us know he was there if we needed help with anything. We looked around for a bit and ended up asking him a few questions and he was such a huge help. Some of the products I was looking for were not in stock and he found me great substitutions and I’m so excited to use them! Best customer service in a Sephora tbh
My bf placed an order for perfume online and it was lost with Purolator. When I contacted customer support, she said she would refund it as a store credit to the nearest store and before doing so looked up the store and stock to make sure it was there. Wonderful. I was so happy I was actually going to get this for Christmas.
