I am writing to report a concerning incident that occurred during my purchase yesterday. First, I would like to mention that the sales associate who assisted me on the floor provided excellent service. She helped me choose several products, and I was very satisfied with her support. I went with my friend today and Cole was such a huge help. He came up to us as soon as we came in and just let us know he was there if we needed help with anything. We looked around for a bit and ended up asking him a few questions and he was such a huge help. Some of the products I was looking for were not in stock and he found me great substitutions and I’m so excited to use them! Best customer service in a Sephora tbh
