My bf placed an order for perfume online and it was lost with Purolator. When I contacted customer support, she said she would refund it as a store credit to the nearest store and before doing so looked up the store and stock to make sure it was there. Wonderful. Love this store !! Lots of variety and staff is always friendly and very helpful. Store is always clean and tidy.
I frequently visit this location and overall, I’m pleased with my experience here. The store carries a wide variety of products, which is great because I usually shop for perfumes while my wife focuses on skincare and cosmetics. During our visit yesterday, we didn’t require assistance, as my wife quickly found what she needed. The staff is usually proactive and attentive, which I really appreciate.
