They are not qualified, they cannot shade match, they make you feel like two inches tall when you have to return barely used product, even though you can, never have been treated so horribly. Why shop local if they treat you like this, back to online shopping it is!!

The past few times I’ve been at the store there is one employee that’s constantly asking if I need help (even after she saw me already with another staff member) and kind of following me around and watching me as if I’m stealing (I’m not but nice try) It’s really irritating. Hopefully she gets paid extra to do that 🤣

I wanted to look around the store and see if I should get a sheet face mask I was doing my own thing when the sales floor lady asked me if I needed help and I asked her about the collection of face mask in store and I also let her know that I have a sensitive skin she suggested the Sephora hydration sheet mask, and I blindly trusted her without reading the label, I understand that would be on me but I would also expect a salesperson selling a skin related product would know that parfum is not a right fit for a sensitive skin... read more
