Really bad location. Untrained and rude staff. Never saw anything messy like this location. They tried to blame on me for a pick up order with missing items. Worst customer service I’ve seen and any kind of store. Just go to another location as multiple reviewers are saying. Should’ve read those reviews earlier. It would save me from the stress of doing business with these location. Not all Sephora stores are the same. This one is not what you would expect if you have been in one before.

I visit this location often and I’ve never encountered someone as friendly or helpful as Yafa! She is amazing. Her energy is enough to bring someone back to shop just with her. She went above and beyond to help me find the items on my wish list. She needs to be in management or present more often :)
