Very good experience here. Forgot the employee's name but it sounded similar to Sukmin. She was incredibly helpful in finding my shade and making sure I got everything I needed. The option at the register for the express checkout was also great. Very clean store especially during the big sale event.
I had a bad experience at this Sephora. One of the staff members was rude and not welcoming at all. She didn’t smile, didn’t offer help, and acted like she didn’t want to be there. When I asked a simple question, she gave me attitude instead of assistance. If you don’t like helping customers, maybe don’t work in customer service. Definitely not the kind of experience I expected from Sephora.
Honestly, I don't do review but the lady with curly hair is so rude and I forgot to get her name. I love sephora and it's is my first time to encounter a rude customer service.
Generally, I don’t like going to the South Common Sephora, and this time the first customer service interaction I had honestly made me regret coming to this location. But then comes this woman - I believe her name is Naida - and WOW. I don’t think I’ve ever received customer service this good!
