I visited Sephora on July 16 at around 8:00 PM and had a very disappointing experience with Swati. I came in with questions about skincare and waited for about 15 minutes while she continued helping other customers. She clearly saw me waiting but ignored me and never acknowledged or offered to help, which made me feel unwelcome. She came across as having a lot of attitude and ego toward customers, and if she doesn’t understand basic customer service, I hope Sephora provides proper training. I come here every now and then and it’s always a lovely experience but today Romy made it super special! I went there for a contour shade check and she was super sweet and lovely. She gave great advice and personable compliments and overall gave super sweet baddie mom vibes. Shoutout Romy :)
We come here fairly often. 4 women in our house. And I don’t know what was wrong with your cashier today, we all have bad days. But to belittle a child trying to get her free birthday gift, after she spent $121 is absolutely not acceptable. Your other employee pressured her into buying multiple products to get the free item from a company promo, then she went up to get her free bday item as well.
