I had a disappointing experience here. When I was checking out around 2:15pm , the cashier didn’t ask whether I wanted a shopping bag. After payment, I asked about getting one and was told bags cost 25 cents. I said that was completely fine and that I was happy to pay, but then she gave me the bag for free instead, which left me confused. I would like to provide feedback regarding my girlfriend's uncomfortable experience at your Sephora Southgate store today around 5:30 PM. Around five minutes after entering, she was approached by a staff member ( a bit thick girl managing CCTV ‘as per staff told’ ) while holding a perfume she intended to purchase. The interaction felt accusatory and unprofessional.
