I had such a lovely experience at Sephora, all thanks to Ginnie. She was so sweet and easy to talk to, and really took her time helping me find the right lip mask without making me feel rushed at all. What I appreciated the most was that she gave me a few samples to try first, which honestly made such a difference. Unfortunately I had a negative experience at this location. I understand that Sephora typically caters to tweens and teens, but I usually have great success with helpful staff at other locations. The staff, this morning, were distracted, unorganized and definitely not interested in helping me.

There are great shopping experiences, and then there are the rare moments that genuinely stay with you. I had a good experience at Sephora thanks to Jennie. She was really kind and helpful, and made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to help me and answer my questions without rushing. To be honest, the other sales associates didn’t seem very helpful and were mostly busy chatting with each other, but Jennie really stood out with her great service. I’d definitely come back because of her.
