Very friendly staff
They don't tend to stock what I need (FX specialty) but for your everyday health, wellness, and beauty needs, this place is the real deal. They also have a make-up artist you can schedule with for consultations, photo shoot and film prep. I was generally impressed.
It’s been a long time since I last left a review, but I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been this frustrated with a store experience. I visited your store today and didn’t need any assistance. I simply picked up what I came for and went to the checkout. There was only one person ahead of me, so I waited patiently for my turn. The woman at the register was rude from the beginning. To many sales ppl walking around, a couple on their phone. Said they would do a five min counsel needed better info on what would suite me best but instead got one item and was pressured to buy $65 then didn't go any further with counsel after that. Don't go. Go to Macy's for makeup council they will spend time on what ur looking help with.
