I had a very disappointing experience this evening. I picked up my birthday gift, the Makeup by Mario lip set, and upon opening the lip serum right after I stepped out of the store, I found it was damaged. I went into the store and spoke with an employee — her name was either Andrea or Ambria (I couldn’t catch it exactly). She initially acted rude and told me they could not exchange it. They’re always sold out of products but the employees are nice. Ariana and Cricket were my girls and made me feel like family! It’s too bad I haven’t seen them in forever.
