Juan was an absolute joke of a manager! He knew nothing about the exchange policy. Argued over a ten dollar difference and wanted to charge me double for a broken product. Basically, didn’t care. Juan in a million experience lol thank you Juannita
Kiki was so sweet and personable! I never write reviews but I felt like I had to with how much she made my day just by speaking to her & how helpful she was. Give this girl a raise or something!
The workers were extremely welcoming and polite! Every worker was knowledgeable and willing to help. Melanie and Val helped us out. Great store, thank you ladies!

Horrible customer service. I asked for help selecting a lip liner that goes with my skin tone and I was informed that all the beauticians are currently busy and to wait for 5 minutes in that section for them to come help. I waited for 10 minutes and no one turned up to help, I asked another store assistant for help and she mentioned that one beautician is available to help and should be there and asked me to wait and the same pattern repeats, another 10 minutes of waiting and no one comes to assist.
