I don’t know if it’s because the staff is extremely bored, but the aggressive helpfulness is really irritating. Went in to get a new fragrance may 12 I was told I would get 4x the points so I was happy with the purchase at checkout the lady took card payment only & asked if it okay my receipt would be send on email so I left thinking I got the email & nothing I check my Sephora account to see if it showed the point of what I bought previously & nothing the perfume cap also fell apart in 2 days even if I wanted to return it how?
