Went into this location as a dasher, have been to over 50 Sephora locations between Houston and along the west coast, all the locations assisted with item location but here they are rude, claim they are busy with an empty store. Won't accept orders going to this location again.
First time coming here and were unaware of closing time but one of the assistants asked if everything was ok and let us know they were closing kindly so we were on our way out but we took a glimpse of something before we left but we were basically getting kicked out! like we understand you guys are going to close but there’s 20+ costumers and suddenly we getting told “they closing” every 5 secs…like alright we ain’t coming back any time soon.
I did not buy anything from here. The wife got a bunch of cosmetics here and was happy. So I give 5 stars.
