The employees are on your back asking if you need help over and over putting pressure on your shopping experience this made me very uncomfortable, testers are filthy , this store is small , all you can hear is the floor walkers n managers asking customers if we need help over n over again not a fun place to shop, no friendly service or a sincere welcoming. Honestly the worst Sephora experience Ive had within the past 10 years. no recording allowed either, very annoying and un peaceful atmosphere.

Booked a last minute make up appointment Sarai was amazing so professional and sweet she did amazing on my makeup took her time understood the assignment 🤏🏼🤏🏼🤏🏼. I will definitely book with her again. Everyone at this location was welcoming and accommodating.! The door was clean. I had the best experience with Rubi! A little backstory: I was at work and had an event later that evening. I had packed an outfit to change into, but in the rush of leaving the house, I completely forgot my makeup. Instead of driving 40 minutes back home, I stopped by Sephora hoping they could help. That’s when I met Rubi. I explained my situation, and although they only had time for a Feature Focus session designed for eyes and complexion, she assured me we could make it work. Such a terrible experience on 5/11/26 at this location. The lady at the register was extremely rude. I had to make a return and then shop amd as I stood in line she rudely told me to go to the mobile station to be checked without even asking if I paid cash or card bc in case of cash it would have been at the register. Her name was Beatriz. She has been very rude the last few times as well. Idk who she thinks she is but she needs to be educated on the topic of respect and customer service.
