Came in earlier to do a return, and the gentlemen that processed my return was very rude. I also overheard the employees whispering that it was going to be a return, as someone who works in customer service. I don’t ever make my guests feel like shit when they want to process a return. By far the worst Sephora in Fort Worth. Went to return a product I had bought from a past return and they could not find the receipt and acted as if it were my fault ,but in fact it was a tall Mexican girl who did the return for me. Never gave me a receipt that showed the second return. This isn't the only time I've had an issue at this Sephora they lack hospitality and training skills for a makeup store.

DeShawn and Froilan were amazing. This was my first time at Sephora and this will be our regular makeup and skincare store. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient. A perfect experience as I was out gift shopping.
