Staff is friendly and helpful.. perfumes & makeup very well stocked. Went in to make an exchange and staff was kind & assisted me with no issue.

Store was kept neat and well maintained. They were lot of staff members but it was hard to get hold of them.

Although the girl with blonde hair who helped me was very sweet, all the other staff were laughing and snickering at me as well as others. Almost like a “we are better then them” attitude. Not a great look for inclusivity of others and definitely not a way to build up their customer rapport. Wonder how many sales they loose with those kinds of attitudes.

The main lady that helped me and checked me out was great but the rest of the employees made me feel like an item on a conveyer belt. I don't understand why the person that greets you can't help you. Why r you greeted and tell a person what you need and them passed off to someone else and have to repeat what you need? The store isn't that big, why r there zones assigned, why can't an employee help one person with everything. I don't get it. I think it is the way the training is set up that is flawed, maybe not the employees.
