The last 5-6 times I’ve been in store, I’ve not only been disappointed with stock, but also customer service. 3-4 months ago when I was there, they were stocking, an employee was sitting on the floor; I thought they were going to say “let me know if I can help you find something” instead she said “let me know if you need me to move.” I understand industry and customer service are shifting, but this has been fairly dramatic. I understand the store closes at 6pm on Sundays, but the doors being locked prior to that is misleading. I got to the doors at 5:50 for just a one item pickup order and they were locked. When I tried to call the store it didn’t even ring.
The young lady was helpful as soon as I walked in she went and got what I needed and I was very pleased with her politeness and professionalism I will definitely be back.
Super helpful staff and well stocked for qhat I was looking for.
