WOW! The team at this Sephora location is amazing! BIG shoutout to Ebony for her kindness, education, and helping me pick out the perfect products for my goals and lifestyle. I went in today to find a foundation to cover my melasma. Ebony helped me pick the perfect one and it does exactly what I need it to! She was so helpful and very nice!
I would personally give it a 1 star with my experience but I don't feel as it is necessary, since the store was clean and organized. I recently went around 1pm on my lunch break to look for a lip liner and lipstick combo for my wedding. I'm not the typical person to go into one of these stores. If I do it is usually ULTA, and it's for something I already know about and just need to refill. I was never greeted, personally lost with all the options of items I could chose from. After many attempts, with many different people over the years, he actually listened to my concerns with my current makeup wear, preferences, and made STELLAR recommendations best for my skin.
