Manager and employees super rude and NOT inclusive!!
I love Sephora stores. They are beautifully laid out, and carry so many brands. However, this Sephora store is ruined by the staff. I have shopped here 4 times now, and every single time they have been rude & unhelpful, almost arrogant. I have never ever been approached, and offered help ,& barely greeted. I was looking for a product I saw online, she literally pointed to where it was located, that’s all I got! I’d much rather drive to Ulta. WOW! The team at this Sephora location is amazing! BIG shoutout to Ebony for her kindness, education, and helping me pick out the perfect products for my goals and lifestyle.
