Staff was so unhelpful. I asked about looking for a brand, they laughed about it to one another and didn’t even attempt to look. Someone should teach this team how to sell because they’re failing. I put the rest of my basket back!
They do not answer the phone and I know Sephora doesn’t get too many phone calls so being on hold for 15+ minutes is unacceptable. They just hope you give up and hang up
Had the most wonderful experience today at Sephora! My gut is saying I’m getting engaged tomorrow and I went to Sephora for help with my makeup application. All of the workers were so excited and began helping me prepare my routine. Erin was so helpful and knowledgeable, helping me enhance my usual routine! It was truly a wholesome girlhood experience and I am so happy I went in to ask for help. Thank you so much Erin, and everyone at Sephora!!
