Rude staff. My mom accidentally hit over a brush holder and one of the employees (dark hair bun with tattoos) was clearly talking badly about her..I asked the same employee to help color match a foundation shade with the Color IQ and her response is “we’re closing in 5 minutes” okay?? It takes 2 min to do and could’ve resulted in a sale but instead I left with a bad taste about the people who work here and Sephora in general.
I had such a great experience at Sephora thanks to Jacob. I came in specifically looking for an anti-aging serum, and he immediately understood what I needed and recommended the Rejuran ampoule. What really impressed me is that I had already been researching this product on my own and had even tried a salmon DNA facial before, so I knew this wasn’t a random suggestion.
