i ordered a new perfume online from this location to have it delivered to my house and whoever packaged the item did not bother to put it in a box. the perfume was left on my porch in broad daylight in an open sephora bag for anyone to steal
Terrible store.The staff there is so nasty,unhelpful and annoying,that I doubt very much coming back.I asked for a clean brush to try the powder and they told me NO.How you can buy makeup without trying the shade,mostly if the powder $70.In general all Sephora stores are downgraded lately.Dirty shelves and the stuff is not at the level you want to get help from.Ulta by the way is across the street.
Horrible experience. No one said hi to me or offered any help. I spent $200 and asked if I can get fragrance samples to try any other perfumes, since I am a big fragrance collector. And lady was very nasty, said they don’t have any. When I asked if there is anything else new for me to try she got mad and offered me a small sample of something, saying they don’t have anything else, meanwhile I saw a big bucket full of different items in there.
