I came in with an emergency tattoo covering issue for my work and my gal worked on me for about 45 mins through my stubborn suggestions that I don’t want a super lengthy process for covering but still need that sweat proof coverage. Came in during peak hours on a Saturday. Was a bit overwhelmed, but Diana went over and beyond to help me. She took the time to answer all my questions and was able to check me out quickly on her mobile device to avoid the line that was quite literally out the door. Thank you Diana!

Cashier lady a African American lady tone Stared at my while I was in line when I got up to the cashier today and while I walked up she stared at me and wasn’t kind at all at the register and was being fatphobic twords me as well I am African American myself and very rude twords me don’t recommend this place anymore stay away from here

There were two ladies at the front counter who were really rude for no apparent reason. They made me feel bad for not wanting to set up a phone number account and then said it was a “bummer” I wouldn’t get rewards. Once I got annoyed with the incessant asking of rewards I witnessed the employees eye roll to each other. Not to mention they had a line that took 10 minutes to check out and about 15 employees in their store. Definitely the worst Sephora I’ve been to.
