Brianna and her staff are just rude. You ask the employees for recommendations and they state “their” favorites. Their “favorites” are based off price and not by their customers skin type or color. Employees don’t ware name tags because they know they will be reported. Lack of professionalism. They say “on my name is” when they assist you yet, they choose not to share it when they know you did not like their service. Overall, I would not come to this Sephora.
I wanted to leave a review for Becca because she was SO helpful. I’m new to skincare and she was able to find a few options within my budget and was knowledgeable about the products. I was able to buy a moisturizer that I’m really excited about. Not to mention she approached me and offered to help— usually I have to search for someone when I come in with questions. Thanks Becca!
