Cashier lady a African American lady tone Stared at my while I was in line when I got up to the cashier today and while I walked up she stared at me and wasn’t kind at all at the register and was being fatphobic twords me as well I am African American myself and very rude twords me don’t recommend this place anymore stay away from here
Clean and the staff is so sweet!
There were two ladies at the front counter who were really rude for no apparent reason. They made me feel bad for not wanting to set up a phone number account and then said it was a “bummer” I wouldn’t get rewards. Once I got annoyed with the incessant asking of rewards I witnessed the employees eye roll to each other. Not to mention they had a line that took 10 minutes to check out and about 15 employees in their store. Definitely the worst Sephora I’ve been to.
Sydney was so incredibly helpful! She helped me find the perfect shade and every product she recommended is amazing. Mu makeup has NEVER looked better.
I’m leaving this review to bring attention to a disappointing experience I had during my recent visit. One employee in particular, Savanna, left a notably negative impression. She appeared visibly irritated and unapproachable when asked simple questions — not just by me, but by other customers as well. Her demeanor suggested that assisting customers was a burden, which is concerning given her role in a busy mall storefront like Sephora.
