Bad return and customer service. Makeup arrived smashed in a million pieces. I went to exchange it for the same thing (but not broken) on the 31st day. I kept receiving the same blanket line “the system will not accept it” after 30 days. From manager & sales lady. Why did I wait so long? It was a birthday present that my daughter didn’t open until recently. All involved just not interested in making the situation right in any way. Unfortunate. They lost a customer.
Client service is great at this store. The team is ready to assist with a smile. The store is well kept and pays attention to hygiene.
I was there on the 14th with my family that came to visit from Costa Rica, it was literally the worst experience from one of the afro descendant lady in the counter with glasses and 5’6, I honestly don’t know her name, she was nice when she was about to take my order and her Attitude changed when my family started to speak Spanish, HER WHOLE VIBE WAS JUST DIFFERENT, I never felt so bad in a store, I asked her if I the amount was with the 20% applied, she seemed like she didn’t want to answer, she offered the Credit card bc s... read more
