I came into the store looking for something specific and had the RUDEST customer service given to me as I was minding my business deciding which make of the product I should get. I’ve never been so shocked at such disrespect and rudeness at any type of store before. "Visited the Sephora in Exton for my first brow service here. I am very particular about my brows—I prefer them thick but with a very defined, clean shape. While the technician did keep the thickness, the shaping was off and didn't feel precise. For $25, I expected a more professional finish. Disappointed that I didn't get the 'proper shape' I was looking for." Unfortunately, I don’t have pictures to share.
Ashley M did my makeup at Sephora yesterday, and I am still obsessed with how it turned out. She is incredibly talented, attentive, and made the entire experience feel so special.
