I have been shopping here for years. I never had a problem and about two weeks ago, I booked an appointment to get my makeup done and they canceled on me last minute with spam calls, spam voicemails, ignorance, an attitude, and overall just like immature. When I called back after they spammed me, the girl had a big attitude and wasn’t talking to me nicely. She was being rude. Not even one store associate approached me. Everyone else was being asked if they needed help. I was planning on doing some good shopping but left. As a Black woman I felt very uncomfortable and I'll probably never be back.

Elise was an amazing help choose cologne's! I showed her a cologne I got in Italy and the description and she chose "the one" on her first try! We then tried on a few more fragrances as alternatives but nothing could beat the first one! I also picked a nostalgic fragrance as well. Elise is great.

Probably the kindest staff ive seen at sephora. Ive been to multiple locations across the country. Will return here just for that hospitality. The world needs more kind people!
