I came in frustrated because I’m trying out new makeup and couldn’t find anything I liked… Valeria was so sweet & helpful! She showed me how to apply my new products and overall made my night! Best experience I’ve had at sephora in a very long time :)
Sephora's return policy has never been good. But what I experienced today is actually ILLEGAL! I made an online order and picked it up at Exton store. The total was $137.70. all three items were returned at the same store within 30 days but I was not made whole. They could see how much I paid which included $10.20 tax, but only gave me $7 back in tax. The only difference was in tax. Who doesn't return the FULL amount of tax paid??? They refused to. I went in for an online pickup in December, and the customer service was disappointing. After being told to wait in the online pickup area for assistance, I watched multiple customers who arrived after me get greeted and helped immediately, it wasn’t that busy either. They made me stand and wait while they assisted others. I had a great experience shopping for perfume here. Cam helped me narrow down what types of scents I like and I was able to pick out something I loved. Everyone else was also super nice and helpful! Great location.
