Excellent and friendly staff.
Loved my experience here today. They don’t bombard you when you walk in. They leave you alone, but occasionally come to check if you need anything, and make you feel welcome to ask them any questions you have. They don’t make you feel weird or rushed while you spend time looking around at everything. Very helpful with answers to my questions and grabbing things from the bag that weren’t on the shelves. Explained how to redeem my rewards points with kindness and accuracy. My favorite Sephora experience ever
The girl Jordan, that was working there Thursday she was amazing perfectly matched. My skin tone recommended better products for what I wanted.
I came into the store looking for something specific and had the RUDEST customer service given to me as I was minding my business deciding which make of the product I should get. I’ve never been so shocked at such disrespect and rudeness at any type of store before. Not only are the employees who are walking around trying to “help people” beyond rude, your workers at check out are not any better.
