rudest customer service ever. asked for help for my mom and the lady who has like a mole on her face. she just scoffed in my face. Cut me and my mother off and took me to an isle. She went behind the check out counter and gossiped to this other lady and were both laughing in our faces about it. Only good person there was a young lady who was very nice about what happened and excused her coworker. that rude worker needs to leave asap!

I took my mother here today and she was on the fence about asking for help or just trying to remember what shade of makeup she had before. Finally, we had Jordyn help us and she figured out my mother was using the wrong shade the whole time. Jordyn was able to look up previous orders but still took time to color match and confirm exactly what she should be using. This location is my absolute favorite. I did my first online order today once I got off work but sadly one out of the two items were unavailable. Andy and Adrianna (I hope I spelt you names right!) not only help me cancel my order but they gave me a great substitute which is now part of my skin care routine as I had a bad break out from whatever allergy I had from my job.
