My recent visit at Sephora I was greeted by Nikki. Nikki provided outstanding customer service during my visit to Sephora. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to help me find the perfect foundation match for my skin tone. She also helped me choose a perfume that I absolutely love. Nikki made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free, and her expertise and friendly attitude truly stood out. Thank you, Nikki, for going above and beyond!

I visited Sephora recently and was quite disappointed with the service. When I asked for a sample, the amount given was extremely tiny—almost unusable. It felt like the staff were not interested in helping properly. As a customer, I expect to receive a sample that allows me to actually try the product before buying. This experience did not reflect the standard I associate with Sephora. I hope they improve their customer service and be more considerate in the future.

The experience I had on my last visit was exceptionally refreshing. I was greeted upon entry by a woman named Vionna (pardon if I misspelled) and immediately given plenty of quality recommendations ranging in affordability based on questions I had regarding sensitive skincare, and preference in makeup.
