I'm still going to give them a good review but disappointed because I accidentally booked for Friday thinking it was Saturday. I'm almost sure I did but I think the website redirected me to Friday. So when I got thier I was upset because I thought I booked for Saturday...and I really needed some work done .so I left without it of course...they were helpful but i did lose $20 for an accident .so I'm a little disappointed

I wanted to express my frustration regarding my recent experience with your Sephora customer service while inquiring about a skin product at the Dublin location. I felt that the initial agent wasn’t listening to my concerns, and I was quickly passed to another agent without resolution. As a result, I decided not to purchase the product. I hope you can improve in this area to ensure others have a better experience. Thank you for your attention.

I visited this location for a makeup lesson and wasn't sure what to expect. I arrived before my appointment with an open mind, ready to learn anything. I checked in with one of the staff members and was told I will have to wait a bit until the station for my lesson was ready. Once ready, I was helped by Sandy who immediately gave me her undivided attention in my makeup lesson needs.
