I'm still going to give them a good review but disappointed because I accidentally booked for Friday thinking it was Saturday. I'm almost sure I did but I think the website redirected me to Friday. So when I got thier I was upset because I thought I booked for Saturday...and I really needed some work done .so I left without it of course...they were helpful but i did lose $20 for an accident .so I'm a little disappointed

I felt that the initial agent wasn’t listening to my concerns, and I was quickly passed to another agent without resolution. As a result, I decided not to purchase the product.
