Rude staff on the cashier. I used my gift card to purchase and I was asking how to use the machine coz it seemed to be stuck. she responded with "idk it's your card." It wasn't about the card at all, it's all about the machine being stuck. She started assisting people at our back too when it wasn't even 3mins that we were standing there.

I had a makeup appointment at Sephora Hillsdale. The day of, I got a call that there’s a power cut so they had to cancel my appointment, neither were they willing to find another appointment at a Sephora closeby. Suddenly at my appointment time, I got a call asking for where I am since the power came back, and I was asked to come within 15 min or lose the appointment. I am tired of this particular store constantly stopping carrying the best products. The double-wear foundation? The Rose inc? Every time I come back a good product is gone and stuff with a lot more harmful chemicals is put on the shelf instead
