I had a disappointing customer service experience at this store. I went in December to return an item (purchased in November during the holiday period) and buy a different shade. The associate at the cashier register told me the return was not possible because it was past 30 days, even after I asked them to double-check the policy. The staff at this store are so unhappy and unhelpful for the most of time and honestly felt they are forced to come to work. They had zero holiday spirit during December. I came to the store and found no one is at the cashier to help the customer. Just went in Sephora to look at some holiday sets and new products. I genuinely felt so uncomfortable when all of the staff kept lingering around me. On November 25, my friend—who is African American—and I, a Latina woman, entered your store to look at the men’s holiday gift set samples. We were not greeted at the door, but we continued browsing and smelling the colognes included in the set to determine whether the purchase would be worthwhile.
