Returned a faulty Amika spray after just one week - Amika’s own customer service had confirmed the product issue. The employee at the register laughed and sarcastically accused me of lying, claiming I’d simply overused it. I’m a regular Sephora customer and this was my first return ever. Being treated like a thief over a legitimate, manufacturer confirmed defect was completely unacceptable. Won’t be back to this location.

I stopped by Sephora later in the evening to avoid the usual crowds, and I had a wonderful experience. Even though it was late, Onyx took the time to provide a thoughtful consultation and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. She also recommended some great alternatives to the products I normally use, and the suggestions were both helpful and informative.

I’ve been in the industry for over 30 years. I retired in 2020 I probably worked for every cosmetic company. As an account executive, regional manager, vendor you name it. This is my second time in the store. It is absolutely filthy, unsanitary and I should say disgusting even the floors are dirty. Gondolas are not kept clean. There’s barely any stock.
