I’ve visited this Sephora many times hoping someone would help me, but unfortunately the staff usually don’t show much interest. During my last visit, the experience was especially upsetting. I felt judged, and the expressions and behavior made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. It affected me so deeply that I had to step away to a quiet place just to calm myself down. I went to Sephora at Polo Park and asked the cashier if there was a birthday gift available since it was my birthday. She simply replied, “No,” and " No gift " without any explanation. I found her response very rude and unfriendly. She could have explained the situation or offered an alternative. Last year, at the same location, the cashier gave me the birthday gift right away, smiled, and wished me a happy birthday.

I went to this location today and Christopher was super nice and friendly. He was the only one who helped me out and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Really appreciate his help — definitely deserving of a five-star review!
