This last visit made me not want to go to this store ever again. I never get help in this store and the staff members always look so annoyed whenever I approach them. My family members always give me Sephora gift cards for my birthday, and this year I really wanted some skincare products. Tass was not a pleasant interaction. I waited in line while she was at the register and she told me she couldn’t process my online order at the till…… I explained to her I always with in line and have always been helped at the till. She was rude and dismissive. Thanks Tass but customer service is just that, maybe you need more training to help people or a career adjustment.

I’ve visited this Sephora many times hoping someone would help me, but unfortunately the staff usually don’t show much interest. During my last visit, the experience was especially upsetting. I felt judged, and the expressions and behavior made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. It affected me so deeply that I had to step away to a quiet place just to calm myself down.
