Went in to this location to spend my birthday gift card. Typically at any Sephora I’ve been to, someone greets you at the front and is very friendly. This locations employees seem disinterested in customers, going as far as doing their own makeup on the floor and avoiding interacting with customers. The store was not busy for the 30 minutes I was in there, and I was not approached at all. me and my friend went in to look for a concealer for her and were helped by Nome. he was super nice and spent lots of time and effort helping us find the perfect shade match and concealer for my friend. one of the best shopping experiences i've had in sephora.
I wanted to write this specifically for 'Kayla' for her outstanding customer service today (Sunday, 23rd August, around 12:15 pm, Polo Park). I’m so glad I randomly reached out to her.
