Horrible service à chaque fois, au point que je me déplace maintenant à Ottawa ou commande en ligne.
Très déçue de mon expérience chez Sephora le 15 février à 13h45 (1:45 pm). Aucun bonjour en entrant, aucun sourire, aucun accueil chaleureux. On se sent complètement ignoré et pas du tout à l’aise dans le magasin. Je cherchais un produit précis qui n’était pas disponible en magasin, et personne ne m’a proposé de vérifier les stocks ailleurs ou de faire une commande en ligne avec moi. Aucun effort pour aider. Pour un magasin comme Sephora, je m’attendais à un service beaucoup plus professionnel et attentionné. Très décevant.
Ridiculously expensive.
