Incredibly rude customer service. I have shopped at multiple Sephora locations before, and the customer service has always been amazing—except at this particular store. I hesitated for a long time before writing this review, but almost every time I shop at this location, I experience very poor service at checkout due to the salesperson’s attitude. I’ve been shopping at Sephora for a long time and the staff here was so rude. Stood around for 10 minutes without any assistance, even asked someone for help and they brushed me off. At the checkout the girl running the till was very rude - horrible customer service skills. Reading these reviews I’m not surprised.
It was an awesome experience. It was my first time at Sephora Promenades and Méliza welcomed me so well. She smiled all through and recommended a great product. Méliza is great. Thank you
