Staff is rude doesn’t answer if you don’t speak french. I wanted a colour match to a foundation and i was told someone will be with me, I waited 10 mins no one came so I ended up leaving the store without buying anything. Also most of the Kayali perfumes are empty I cant even smell it in order to buy it! When I asked an employee she said oh they’re empty and it’s been weeks no one wants to change them like I just want to smell the Vanilla one and I am unable to. Management and staff need to do better.

Nous avions l'impression de déranger totalement la commis sur le plancher. Pas de bonjour, pas de regard, nous pointe seulement l'objet qu'on cherchait sans rien de plus. Expérience client assez ordinaire!

Didn’t found everything I was looking for unfortunately. Lots of shelves were empty, but it’s normal considering it was after the holidays. I remember a few years back the employees were always helpful and friendly. Now the last two time I went in the past few months. No one ever acknowledged me, asking me anything. Most employees went past me without asking if I needed help. I saw most of them talking with each other behind the counter.
