I purchased a product from this store. Upon arriving home (which is a two hour drive) I opened the packaging to discover the bottle was completely empty. Aside from driving the two hours back for a refund I was offered no help from Sephora or the store itself. I would be spending more in gas than the product itself. No apologies from the lady I spoke to at the store… It would have gone a long way. Just very dismissive considering they sold me a defective product.
High quality standards and service
If I could give zero stars, I would. From the moment I entered the store, I felt uncomfortable and unfairly judged. My sister had placed an order for pickup, and while she waited in line, my cousin and I briefly browsed the perfume section. Almost immediately, I noticed staff speaking into their walkie-talkies and watching us closely, which made us feel extremely singled out.
