I dont know what's up with this Sephora, but I ALWAYS encounter rude staff, no matter the lapse in time in which I visit. I stopped going here after having a bad experience a few years ago, and I decided to give it another chance this past weekend. I walked in, no one greets me, that's fine- they seemed busy helping others. I was walking around looking for a particular brand and I couldn't find it. Amazing customer service. It was my first time shopping here. Sephora did not disappoint. Staff was knowledgeable about products. Impromptu makeup applications & demonstrations in aisles by staff. I enjoyed the energy in there! I love the eyeshadow pallet. Yvette helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
