I was racially discriminated for the first time in my life. I went to Sephora Friday May 23, between the hours of 6-7pm. For 30 minutes no one helped me. I asked for help and I was told “there’s one client ahead of you” another 20 minutes go by and the same employee helps 3 other people and did not come back to me. I dont know what's up with this Sephora, but I ALWAYS encounter rude staff, no matter the lapse in time in which I visit. I stopped going here after having a bad experience a few years ago, and I decided to give it another chance this past weekend.
