Late review for Lala. I came in one morning and she was so patient in helping me find the best type of concealer for my under eyes!!
Came to this location for the first time looking for a Prada L'Homme Cologne. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a employee asking if I needed assistance. She was great! She helped me find what I was looking for and even made sure my parking was taken care of.
Very nice product selection but I gave 1 star because they made my shopping experience horrible. Me and my family got followed all thru the store as soon as we walked in. They made it so blatantly obvious that they were monitoring us that that we left without buying anything. They made us feel uncomfortable. Ulta would never racially profile and discriminate their customers.
This review is for the Culver City Sephora on Aug 9th around 7:30 pm. I usually love Sephora, but I entered the store and the two greeters at the door are why I may only take my business to Ulta for all future needs. My husband, my 21 year old daughter and I entered and asked the location of a hair product my son uses that we have purchased at Sephora before.
