Very nice product selection but I gave 1 star because they made my shopping experience horrible. Me and my family got followed all thru the store as soon as we walked in. They made it so blatantly obvious that they were monitoring us that that we left without buying anything. They made us feel uncomfortable. Ulta would never racially profile and discriminate their customers.
This review is for the Culver City Sephora on Aug 9th around 7:30 pm. I usually love Sephora, but I entered the store and the two greeters at the door are why I may only take my business to Ulta for all future needs. My husband, my 21 year old daughter and I entered and asked the location of a hair product my son uses that we have purchased at Sephora before. I walked in and asked very politely if they could show me where a product was in their store. It was for my brother and he had purchased it at sephora originally. the two sales associates working proceeded to rudely cut us off and tell us they didn’t have it. they were absolutely no help. we met them with nothing but politeness, yet right as i walked out, they began to point and laugh at me and my parents. they were staring, and we were left confused regarding what we did to deserve this response to our very normal request. ... read more
