I would like to recognize Carla for the amazing help she provided me today. She was incredibly sweet, helpful, and patient throughout my visit. I never felt rushed, and she really took the time to listen to all of my concerns. She also helped me get perfectly color matched, which I truly appreciated. richard was very helpful and kind as well as the 3 other ladies working i get anxious asking for shade matches or help with particular items but richard helped a lot with that and got my shade match perfect and pretty fast !
Zero help here. The employees just stand around gossiping and blocking the displays. You have to basically push past them just to test a fragrance.
The slowest checkout for return waited 20 minutes in line this is ridiculous do better for especially for customers on their lunch break
