Edward was amazing!!! He was very welcoming when I entered the store and was very sweet. He showed me the Givenchy Foundation and went I showed him a picture of of me getting my makeup professionally done; he showed me a foundation so close to it that I was seriously impressed. I normally don’t buy high end brands but he convinced me and gave great advice! Thank you Edward for your service!!!
Second time coming into this store and last. Saw a store associate crying at the beauty bar and should’ve known to leave. The only professional person I interacted with was the lead once I told her how abysmal the customer service I received from the “pros”. Went in to buy something and wanted samples, I was met with someone who had an atrocious attitude and didn’t ask me questions, started trying to shade match me.
