Definitely has gone down hill especially with the customer service. You go for one thing and they try judging what you use so they can change your mind about the product. Ive been using the same cleanser for years & works wonders so it’s so annoying when the workers think you don’t know about products. I respect your hustle but let customers shop without always suggesting especially if they don’t ask. Came here 6/27/26, this is my go-to location, if I'm not ordering online. Sofie went above and beyond to make my shopping experience a positive one, I honestly want to contact corporate to tell them what an amazing employee they have working here and the great job she's doing.
