Excellent shop
This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with the cashier Yasmin at the Park Royal location. She is consistently rude and unprofessional, and two of my friends have also had similar issues with her. Management should take customer feedback seriously, this is not how you run a business.
I live remotely and only get to shop at this Sephora in person a few times a year, so it feels like a luxury to make the trip. Unfortunately, my recent visits have ruined the experience. Despite traveling hours to get there with a clear list in hand, I’m constantly followed and pressured by multiple associates pushing promoted brands instead of helping me find what I came for.
