I wish your new look respresented better service. You offer samples on birthdays, yet never have any to accommodate . Then to make the customer is content you offer $10-20 off or points on the next purchase. The next purchase I came in and not offered the gift and not given my discount. I rather take my $150 purchase across the street to Shoppers and get 20%off on everything without any hesitation. Do better Sephora!
Great experience
