They are always out of stock in birthday gifts! Today they told me they have no items for birthday gifts?! How is it possible!! They even didn't know when they would get charge! Last year they didn't have my favorite pack too and I went to downtown to receive my gift !
I had a wonderful experience at Sephora last friday. Laura P was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. As a fellow Colombian, it was especially nice to connect with her, but what stood out most was her professionalism and genuine desire to help. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions, and recommended products that were a great fit for me. I left excited to try my new products and truly appreciated the excellent customer service. Thank you for such a positive experience!

His product knowledge was impressive, and he explained the options clearly without being pushy. It’s always refreshing to get advice from someone who truly understands the products they’re selling. Brought the rating down to 1 - the person at POS was so rude. I’m not stepping into this store again. Disappointed that there were no samples at checkout. Has Sephora stopped giving samples ?
