I had an unpleasant experience while picking up my online order at your Park Royal store. When I arrived, a staff member named Pardis was at the front desk assisting another customer. I waited patiently. However, during this time, she continued greeting and acknowledging other customers while completely ignoring me. I would also like to mention that a young lady named Maddy was extremely helpful. Her colleague, who kindly explained the fragrances to me (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name), also made the experience very pleasant. The cozy, floral atmosphere was lovely and made it a great experience for me. 🥳
