I had a wonderful experience at Sephora last friday. Laura P was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. As a fellow Colombian, it was especially nice to connect with her, but what stood out most was her professionalism and genuine desire to help. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions, and recommended products that were a great fit for me. I left excited to try my new products and truly appreciated the excellent customer service. Thank you for such a positive experience!

Brought the rating down to 1 - the person at POS was so rude. I’m not stepping into this store again. Disappointed that there were no samples at checkout. Has Sephora stopped giving samples ?
I stopped by the store to find a red lipstick today, and Maddy came over and asked just the right questions to figure out exactly what I was looking for. The way she cared about my needs and went above and beyond was so appreciated. I finally found something that perfectly matched both my budget and quality expectations.
