Sephora Willowbrook was the low-point for me that day. I will say that a greeter at the door is a good idea, but my rating reflects the tone of this review. While my wife was in this store, the Sephora greeting actions to me were, dismissive, unhelpful, very un-welcoming, and just plain thanks for that, I really didn't deserve it. As of today, I've written many 5 star reviews, and this store isn't one of them, even though we made purchases in this store that day.

Had an extremely disappointing experience at Sephora today I came to return a product I purchased on May 24th but I couldn't return it because I missed it by a day.. Apparently the return policy is for 30 days which the saleswoman did not mention. I'd like to highlight that no where in the receipt is it mentioned either.

I purchased an expensive Givenchy EDP from this location and I'm surprised by how weak it is compared to my previous purchases of the same fragrance. It's almost like spraying expensive water! I hope this is simply a batch, storage, or quality-control issue and not an indication that compromised or counterfeit products have entered Sephora's supply chain.

Fantastic service! Max helped me today. She answered everything about products that help with fine lines, and wrinkles. She’s very knowledgeable, and taught me the steps to use them. She really took care of everything I needed today.
