I needed some hair care advice, so I stopped by Sephora earlier in the afternoon. I spoke with an employee named Max about my concerns regarding thinning hair, and explained how my scalp is very sensitive, and I tend to have allergic reactions easily. She recommended several products that would work well for me, and which ingredients I should avoid to prevent further irritation, and allergens. Thank you for the helpful knowledge.

I buy gift cards twice a year for my DIL and I have always had a great experience here but this time the staff outdid themselves. As I was leaving I put my newly purchased gift card in my pocket - or so I thought. Went into a shop close by and realized the card was missing. I headed back to Sephora not expecting to find it but needing to purchase another one. First time I visited this store, Kathleen (or Cathy) was very helpful and assisted me in finding everything I needed. I later had to return some skincare items that irritated my skin. Prior to the return, I explained that I had paid with a mix of my credit card and a prepaid gift card, and was told the refund would go back to my card.
