I’ve been a Beauty Insider member for 3 years and regularly spend $200–$300+ at Sephora. Today was my first return, and the experience was extremely uncomfortable. I returned a Tarte fixing powder within 10 days because I didn’t like the color/texture after opening it at home. The employee, Maddy (if I remember correctly), repeatedly checked the product and consulted other employees as if I was trying to do something wrong. I visited Sephora's specifically looking for a foundation suitable for mature skin, and to be honest, I was slightly dreading the process. I was greeted by Ivanna, who was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. As a business owner myself, I deeply appreciate top-tier customer service, and she delivered exactly that!
