Overall, a good store. I wish they carried more perfume and other sample products for us to try instead of investing in a full size bottle.
This is the worst of the locations. I think a lot of people consistently find the staff here a bit hostile and I agree. I am usually only here to get gift cards and even then, it's a miserable experience. I now just save myself the headache and go to the Robson location that's not to far away to save myself from a negative experience.
Called the store for some information on a perfume I'm looking to buy and Jacqueline was so much help! I could tell it was very busy in the store from the background noise but she still took the time to get me an answer! Appreciated it a lot :^)
