Ivy helped me pick a fragrance and was so wonderfully helpful! She gave me recommendations based on my preferences, and her friendliness was what lead me to leave this review. Such a joy of a person!!
First time here and I will definitely come here again! I came in to find a foundation to match my skin, and I was greeted by Alaijyah. She was such a big help!! She talked me through how to apply my foundation, concealer, etc. as a newbie and what brushes to use. She was very attentive, helpful, and so sweet! Get that girl a raise!!! Thanks again :)
My daughter and I have been shopping at this Sephora location for years ! Anthony is amazing as are the rest of the employees. I had a lovely experience yesterday. I don’t wear much makeup and I was in need of a new powder foundation. Someone immediately set me up with an artist. I got Anthony. WHAT A GEM! I needed to get color matched. He nailed it, first try. He even made sure to pick clean and safe products since I am pregnant. I would have been so lost without him and definitely would have picked a wrong color for myself. So grateful for -Anthony! I love my new products!!
Had a wonderful experience here today. Ivy was an incredible help with my skin scan and finding my right shade for foundation. She was so knowledgeable and just all around lovely. The woman that was working the register at the same time was fantastic as well. So happy with my visit today. Customer service is 10/10 at this location.
