Honestly, this location is trash. I came for a return, it was past the 30 day mark by like a week or two and honestly I don’t even return much (check my purchase history) but I honestly just bought the wrong thing. Told them and they go it’s past 30 days can’t do anything. I was like not even a store credit? It’s not a loss if they give store credit because I can use it later but so rude and said the system won’t allow me to do anything. First time in this store recently. Needed to get shade matched. Cat does such an amazing job. She was so thorough and sweet. Loved getting my shade matched and picking up a brush to help. I was able to place another foundation order with the information. Beautiful store and very nice beauty experts. Thanks again to Cat.
