Went to the store to try to make a return from an online purchase in which I use PayPal both of the young ladies at the front desk was rude. The one didn't say hello or flash a smile and frankly seemed annoyed that she was working. She could not find my acct and had another woman assist who told me she cant provide a refund and I must to do a store credit because I used paypal. Kinda expensive but it made my 12 yr old happy I told her she had to wait till she was 12 and she did so great store and lots of options
Staff is super friendly and helpful,great selection from so many big names. My favorite store
I don’t recommend coming here if you don’t know what you’re looking for. I was here for 15 minutes and no one greeted me (there were several employees just standing around) A really frustrating experience. I left without purchasing several of the items i was looking for because I couldn’t get the help I needed.
