My sister and I visited the Sephora at Easton Town Center earlier this afternoon, while spending the day shopping, and I have genuinely never been more disappointed in customer service. We walked in, and not a single employee greeted us or offered to help. Typically, when you walk into a store at the mall, someone at least acknowledges your presence or asks if you need assistance. Haley was amazing!! 've never worn makeup aside from everyday lipstick and occasional blush in my 31 years on this earth, but I wanted to change that. My go to foundation changed its formula and with aging skin I had spent hundreds of dollars in the last few months looking for a foundation that didn’t look blotchy streaky and stayed all day. I was at my wits ends. Ready to have a melt down I went back and was directed to Somya B to help me. She did wonderful. She directed me to Armani and she matched me up. I came in not having the slightest idea of what products would work best for me since I haven’t really done makeup before but Dominique at the Easton Sephora location did an absolute marvelous job! She walked me through every thing and didn’t rush me at all, I greatly appreciate her help. I hope she is recognized for her excellent work; she truly deserves it!
