She was just very rude an employee I asked her about a product from rodhe to which she ignored me, I thought she hadn’t listened to me I asked her again and she ignored me looking at me with a face of don’t approach me it’s supposed that in this type of stores there should be no discrimination Asia people regardless of the class, ras or skin color I look like people like these should not work there I expected a better treatment than other occasions but you don’t see I left without any product and very disappointed.

Ray is the best sales Associates. She helped me find the product I want and she does not have any attitudes. Everyone should learn from her. Also the girl with piercings is helpful. There is a shorter girl straight hair also was cute and offered help. Some of them have attitudes that they need to work on. The cashier (black hair) did not offer me any samples even though I got stuff with almost a 100 bucks. When i asked she said yes i can give you. There’s not enough makeup to cover up an awful attitude, and the Black cashier with the dreads was certainly unpleasant. Sadly, poor customer service has become the norm in today’s generation, and the lack of professionalism, leadership, and training is evident. Very disheartening.
