I was using Morphe brand for foundation but was disappointed when they had recently switched formulas so i went in Sephora to find another brand that could potentially replaced my old one. I cannot say enough good things about the help I received today from a knowledgeable makeup artist named Kimmy at this location! A beautiful kind soul and I'm forever grateful she took the time to help me find the perfect makeup/products for my skin. Such a different experience from Ulta the last few years, especially the last time I visited where they made me feel like a crazy person just for asking for advice about a product. Thank you Kimmy!
Sephora, you've lost your magic. What used to be my go-to candy shop for discovering new products and getting great advice has become a frustrating experience. My recent visit was a perfect example. I came in for a specific item, but a sales representative told me it was out of stock and pushed a product that was twice as expensive.
