I had a lovely experience with Alessia (Ilyseia?) when she found products that worked for my skin, matched my shade perfectly, and did my makeup wonderfully! She was also very informed about different skjn types and their needs. She was so kind and helpful, and my makeup has never looked better! If I ever need to get my makeup done professionally for an event, I would definitely go to her!
I have to say, the customer service at the Sephora located in The Shoppes at Chino Hills is by far the worst I’ve experienced. I was there yesterday to purchase a perfume, and while one of the girls was kind and helpful, the other one was completely unprofessional and rude. I was trying to decide which perfume to get because the size I wanted was out of stock.
