I will never go back
Hit or miss. Sometimes people are nice and helpful, sometimes you get completely ignored - I guess the downside of being middle aged. I will go here if I can't order it from Nordstrom/make it there.
I always have such a great experience here. Great staff, clean store, and a great location! Alissa is just one of the amazing staff here!
My mom was so over-the-moon with the job Danny did on her makeup that she didn't want to take it off! She came in for a 90 min. Special Occasion makeup service with some pretty lofty wishes (very glam, very draggy) for her birthday dinner and he did a great job of accommodating her. I've asked Danny for advice on makeup for her in the past and he has always been right-on with products for more "mature" skin. Nice workers there! Only downside is the picking up orders is hidden in the right corner by the exit other than that great place to shop!
