Last week Alexa was my hero two days in a row, I came in stressed and in a rush, she helped me quickly find primer, foundation, and concealer that matched perfectly and worked great on my skin type, and was very patient and kind despite my stressed attitude, the next day she helped me quickly find the perfect white eyeliner for my last minute costume party, she’s the best!

First off, everyone working at this store is serving looks, so that should tell you something. This isn’t just a place that people work at - there is clearly a vibe at this store that brings in people who know their shit. The employees seem genuinely happy and so friendly - Gabby (Gabbi?) was the person I spent the most time with at the store, and she did a great job at giving me ideas relevant to what I was looking for. I have always had good customer service at this location. Today I went in to pick up an online order. I went and stood under the sign that said online pickup. A staff member was a few feet away doing something on a display. I stood there awkwardly for a couple minutes thinking he would acknowledge me and help me when he was done. He clearly looked over at me and turned and walked away. I walked to the back of the store to get help and was told there should be someone up there.
