I recently had my first experience at Sephora, and it was fantastic! Although I hadn’t shopped there before, I was really impressed by the store. The staff were friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable, offering helpful product suggestions without being pushy. Literally the worst Sephora I’ve ever been to. The staff were unhelpful and rude. The attitude they had sucked! I felt like they’re purely racist. I had a $250 purchase and when I asked the cashier lady if i could get some samples she was arrogant and said “we don’t give out samples for perfume purchases!” I said i get it all the time when I do online purchases and she replied “it’s sephora.com and stores don’t do that”. Literally the worst Sephora I’ve ever been to. The staff was unhelpful, uneducated and rude. Even overheard some -unsavoury- words between coworkers while trying to shop. I understand work has a social element to it but some things should not be spoken about in public.

With that many staff it shouldn’t be hard to get help but they’re too busy talking to each other
