I went here hoping for some advice, but not really sure what I needed. Julia helped me out, and she was wonderful! So friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She gave me a few different suggestions and demonstrated how each one worked to help me make an informed decision. Her customer service and knowledge made for a great experience here.

I recently had my first experience at Sephora, and it was fantastic! Although I hadn’t shopped there before, I was really impressed by the store. The staff were friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable, offering helpful product suggestions without being pushy. I was also blown away by the wide range of products available—from skincare to makeup, the selection was top-notch. I loved being able to explore everything in person and discover some new favorites. Literally the worst Sephora I’ve ever been to. The staff were unhelpful and rude. The attitude they had sucked! I felt like they’re purely racist. I had a $250 purchase and when I asked the cashier lady if i could get some samples she was arrogant and said “we don’t give out samples for perfume purchases!” I said i get it all the time when I do online purchases and she replied “it’s sephora.com and stores don’t do that”.
