This was my first time shopping at Sephora and it did not reach up to the hype, unfortunately. I came in to browse and see what popped out at me and stumbled across their skincare section. This was my second time coming to the Carmel location and I was not pleased with my experience. I normally shop at Keystone, but I was already in the area and stopped in. I was helped by Alex, blonde hair (ig there were 2 ppl with the same name) and she was extremely rude! When I asked her to show me a specific product, she was very blunt; not a very pleasant tone. Alex and Katrina have assisted me several times at this location, and the service they both provide to me is outstanding! I give them 10 stars out of 5. I’ve been so impressed by the majority of employees at this location. They are helpful and informative and make great product recommendations for me each time I visit this Sephora location. The service and the girls who work there are exceptional, Christine and Daysi is excellent attention, the place is very well organized.
